Anyone needing yellow fever vaccine will be asked to secure their appointment with a credit card. If you do not show up for your appointment, your credit card will be charged $99.00 for the yellow fever vaccine

We have had many people not show up for scheduled appointments

We have to use a multidose vial , if everyone scheduled does not show up- then other people needing the vaccine are not able to get the vaccine

There is a nationwide shortage of yellow fever vaccine

If you think you need yellow fever or you know you need yellow fever vaccine tell us when you make the appointment

We may not be able to give you the yellow fever the day of your appt. We have a waiting list for yellow fever.

We will only have 5 dose vials and we have 60 minutes to give the 5 doses vaccine once it is reconstituted
